This is his company website. http://cartag.floridact.com/ I just ordered a set for my WSP car. I received them in about three days. They are made of metal and similar to the plates you would buy at autozone etc... They are not raised but I purchased two for $24.xx versus the $100 or so the other guy wants. Good quality for the price and I will probably be buying another set soon.

The Platemeister is another possibility...see link.
http://www.licenseplates.tv/platemeister.php They are expensive, though, but I was real happy with ones for my 93 Missouri State Highway Patrol SSP. Ones they do have the raised letters. Eventually will need to buy for my 90 NCSHP...not sure if I'll choose to spend the additional money from them or go to the person referenced in further up in this thread.

the Platemeister does an excellent job. It is hard to tell the difference from the original with him.
