I'm going to replace the headers on my 89 this weekend and was wondering if there are any tips for loosening 21 year old header bolts without snapping them.

spray em down with "PB Blaster" and let them soak for about an hour prior to putting the wrench to them. They should come loose ok.

Could have used some of that today at the junk yard. Didn't get what I wanted as it broke. Was rusted on pretty good.
