The 90 Caprice I bought recently has the crime control sticker in the glovebox. I can only see the glue outline for the gas card on the side of the dash. I also found a sheet showing speedometer calibration when car had 8 miles on it. As far as the interior, seems as though they bought various colors of interiors for most if not all cars. My interior is blue, however I have seen several pics of other 90 Caprices with red interior. I wonder if the trooper assigned to the car could choose which one they got.
