Spoke with the owner last night, he bought the car to mod out. He took it to a friend of his that advised him what the car was and told him what it was. Car is bone stock and is listed in the vin registry as a FHP car. He wants the car to end up in good hands, so I told him I would post it for him where it won't get modded out. He has a few spare parts with it also for the price. He confirmed the buck tags and hole in top of dash.

looks nice. I wonder what the interior looks like and what kind of shape it's in.... it is cheaper and closer in distance than what i paid for mine. newer too... oh well... I still love my 88 fhp.
