Congratulations on this find...I have been looking for one myself for a long time now. I have been in contact with a few troopers that were former drivers of the cars. If you need any in service info on the cars, let me know. I have some research on the cars. I found out recently that Kansas only had 7 cars they purchased for the troopers...more were purchased for the turnpike. The trooper I spoke to by e-mail told me that most of the cars served around the southeast Kansas area. He showed me a photo of his car he took at the state line on K-171. I attached the photo.
