Could just be a GOVT car too. Blue interior was not just a WSP thing. Colorado, Texas, OSP, NE, NY and I am sure there are more. Yes the buck tags and door tag would clear this all up.

Contacted the seller and after he finally found the buck tags, it's a King County Sheriff SSP - pretty rare! But alas, not a WSP unit.
