Thank you guys for the comments! I have been doing a considerable amount of research so far and found a few pertinent items for this car.

1. I found that the property tag was on this one at one point on the left side of the dash of the car. I need to do some more work with my CSI sirchie light to see if I can pull the numbers off of the dash.
2. I found the abrasion from the trunk lip mounted antenna on the rear window trim. I also was looking for an antenna mount on the roof of the car but I might be mistaken on that one as it's where the dome light frame work is at not the divot for the antenna. If that is the case, it looks like ISP used 150 mHz VHF frequencies not like the current UHF channels that they have now and as told to me by the fleet garage. Looks to be that the car would have been equipped with a beige colored casing GE Phoenix SX VHF radio (dark gray casing wasn't in production until after 1987) and the trunk lip mounted antenna with the GE microphone clip mounted on the driver's side of the shifter console. No signs of a CB radio mounted in there either confirming my suspicion of the VHF radio setup.
3. I found the divot on the transmission hump from the gun lock that is behind the front seats and in front of the back seat.
4. I found the mounting points for the roll bar that was in this car.
5. I found that this car had a fuel pump replaced in it and has a cutout in the trunk floor from ISP.

Parts I have so far:
1. Door hinge rebuild kit.
2. Trooper KR radar
3. Rear Deck lights (they were actually fog lamps with wig/wags in the circuit)
4. Unitrol control head
5. High beam wig/wag control for front lights
6. Wig/wag control for deck lights
7. Replacement exhaust with DynoMax turbo mufflers. (mac88chp, this is the news release as to where the exhaust is going on!)
8. Gun Lock

Parts I still need:
1. Unitrol 80 series Amplifier/Siren
2. Blue Whelen Responder with reflector (I'm chasing a few but if you got one speak up!)
3. Dash pad
4. Hood cable release assembly
5. Driver's seat upholstery
6. Carpet
7. Emblem kit (I found it new at FMR)
8. SSP Hubcaps
9. Spare SSP rim and tire
10. Trunk Mat
11. Tires!!
12. New battery cables

I'm sure that I'm missing stuff too but I'll keep working on my list of fixes. Get it rolling first so that we can get bodywork done and then go gangbusters on the rest!

Time to get to work!

Great to see this car finally in your hands Greg! Your detective work is incredible, and will really pay dividends once you start the restoration. I sure can't wait to see it all come back together!

Thanks again and yes this is my first SSP. I've had an 88 Saleen (#218) for a short while many years ago. I was talking with ChrisL yesterday and was telling him what an adrenalin rush I got when the car was running. The exhaust tone makes you want to drive it, and its a copcar too! What more could you want right? I've built many police sedans but this is my first SSP. I wanted to give this a try with an unusual state agency too.

By the way, I also see that this car was in service for 10 years from my initial title search. Also, I've got Idaho SP trying to locate the correct group of trooper ID numbers (license plates) for this batch of cars.

Pretty exciting stuff to hunt down!
