How can I find out where my car served?

My guess is that there is a CHP office in Marin county in Corte Madera. I think your car was from there.

Hmmm...not necessarily so. Those smog tests were done well after it came out of service by who knows how many owners later. It's still interesting information but nowhere near conclusive enough to draw that connection. Need the Assignment Card or some other solid documentation.

I want to double check the vin first to be sure FoxChassis didnt mis read the faded door tag accidentally on FEP.

Lol. I think 8336 and 8337 will be equally cool when they are side by side at Ripon

I entered the vin in on the carfax website. It has 9 reports, my dad doesnt have any money on his credit card for a carfax though.
