Just noticed this post- I bought these last saturday night. Been working 12 hour night shifts and haven't had time the read all the posts. Going to put on my 85 OSP car, after I round up some caps. The guy said his brother worked at the Ford dealership in Portland that the Saleen notches were ordered through. Brother said that they were ordered as SSP's on purpose by dealer for Saleen and not OSP. Something about a shortage of 5.0 Mustangs?? He said these wheels were from one of these cars and he got them as new take offs and was using them for Auto Cross on his Capri and then went to 'D' hole wheels. Don't know if any of this is true, but thought I would pass it along as he told it. Soooo.. anyone got a spare set of decent Escort caps they want to sell? Send me a PM if you do. Thanks

Family picture - 84 SSP in middle no motor/tranny, and haven't found out if it was OSP or WSP. Leaning towards OSP due to same ant/light holes as my other 84 SSP car and the door moldings were on it before the white re-paint.

I tryed to get them but, good for you. I hope you find another set for the other cars.

pm me your address. I have a set of nos chrome, already has two of them modified, escort caps you can have for shipping only. so that means you will only have about 50.00 in the entire set of wheels and caps. that has to be a record...
