It didn't hit the reserve so I don't think it sold, Rich. Tony, the seller, was asking almost twice what the eBay bidding got to ($4,045), which I think was a good price for this car. For me, I think the Assignment Card adds value.

It's been on my mind for a while (a few months actually). I am really trying to work things out to keep it, but also have to consider that our family is trying to buy a house that is closer to work and that has more garage space.

I have been gathering parts to keep going on the resto as I go. And really want to see it through if I can. It started down the path of being turned into a hot rod (with the stroker motor and some performance mods) and luckily I got it when I did before it fell into being turned into a dragster.

I don't have to sell it, but it's likely one of the projects that will take me a while to finish - and let's face it, with so many cars, I could use the space and the extra $$ towards a down payment.

Before I make any decisions, my plan is to sell one of the 87 WSP SSPs (in for paint now), one of my 4th Gen Camaros and a Caprice before needing to make a decision on the 85. But...it's been on my mind. Just more of a thinking out loud.

I still have 2 1988 PCSD SSPs and another 87 WSP - so you can see I have my hands full!

I understand what you're saying Ryan. With Jack's '98 Mustang, I basically now have 3 project cars. My SSP was fairly neglected this year (until recently), and my '66 Mustang was barely touched at all.

Good luck with selling a Camaro and the Caprice!
