Chris I did ask Bob the seller of the wheels and he said they were off of his 1985 Nevada Highway Patrol Mustang he sold a few years back to a guy in Los Angeles for a project car for his son.

I hope we can locate that sister car to mine.... I placed a call to Mike in Nevada in hopes to locate the missing 1985 car.

Rich, I'm glad that you were able to get these 85 SSP wheels. I hope that you can guess the VIN of the missing car (based off of your VIN), and hopefully track it down in California. That would be an incredible save!
