CHP Assignment Cards

Do i ask about my Assignment Card too often?
could it be that i have seen a FAX.... but not held the card in my hand
could it be that i am the real deal car guy that will have this
car forever and always know that a special part of it's history
exist and is not with this car and in it's file (at this time)
Sometimes much is said by what is not said.
sometimes people monitoring this thread could add something?
I have no way to make that happen so all i can do is hope.

Andy what is the deal on your card? Does someone have it and will not send it to you?

Add E385540 to the list - my old 89 Caprice I bought from Torrance MTM in 1992. Car was totaled, but would be cool if they still had the card.
