That mount in a SCHP is incorrect actually. We started using those mounts in our cars around 1996/97 about the time the camaro came out. Before that we only had two rubber coated straps, and they screwed into the trunk lid on the crown vic, and mustang. I've still got a set of the old straps that i'm going to mount on my 92'..
