I am looking to buy the whole enchilada. Haha I voice texted and it did not turn out right... In which states did they come out black exteriors?..

It depends. We've seen NCSHP cars with a single black paint color from the factory that were likely painted by the agency with silver accent. Some agencies also ran unmarked units. Can you post a picture of the VIN label?

As soon as I ran Carfax and found out that it was hit by another car on its side... I mentioned this to the seller and asked how bad it was hit all he said was "I sold it".. so as of late I had been so gun shy.. the first thing I do now is a Carfax..
