for 19k....he can at least polish it and replace the yellow headlights with brand new oem ones.....jeez

19K maybe fully restored to Nebraska specs its maybe worth 3-5K depending on if it has rust or not

That makes the second Nebraska car I've seen for sale lately that has the console cut out like that. I'm guessing that was a Nebraska in-service thing?
