HVAC is relocated and looks to be done at factory. Is on a bracket and is painted blue with rest of car...

I've only owned one other four eyed SSP (the Ga DOR) and I don't recall this... Anyone seen this before?

For some reason the '83s had two evaporative emissions ("charcoal") canisters. My '83 GT also has two.
