Nice find, Bobby! I will get that one added to our Project. At some point in the near future, I would like to send you a list of the currently documented GSP Mustangs and have you match the GSP numbers to the VINs. Then I can add them to each of the pages.

I'll try to work on that this week end Bill :-)

Thanks Bobby! I just emailed you an Excel worksheet with the VINs of GSP Mustangs currently in the Project. I will let you fill in the blanks with the GSP data.

As we all know, Bobby aka kapracing is highly focused on the GSP Mustangs. He was able to confirm the VINs on many cars with GSP paperwork that he may eventually receive permission to publish online. Til then, we still have to rely on our traditional methods to confirm SSP Mustangs.

Bobby stepped up to have some Marti Reports run on a few VINs from a 91-car batch of 1991 VINs containing the GSP Mustangs that year. However, the first 2 cars in that batch were not GSP cars, nor were the final 6 cars in that batch. So we ran reports on the neighboring VINs to the GSP batch, as well as the final VIN in that batch. It turns out that these cars are also SSP Mustangs:

1FACP40E7MF176449
1FACP40E3MF176450 (AutoCheck Report on MF76450.htm)
1FACP40E5MF176451 (still to be confirmed as 1st GSP in batch)
.
.
.
1FACP40E7MF176533 (still to be confirmed as final GSP in batch)
1FACP40E9MF176534 (AutoCheck Report on MF76534.htm)
1FACP40E0MF176535
1FACP40E2MF176536
1FACP40E4MF176537
1FACP40E6MF176538
1FACP40E8MF176539 (AutoCheck Report on MF76539.htm)
--------91--------

Kevin Marti confirmed that MF176450 was ordered by a dealer in Virginia through a DSO in Washington DC, but the car was shipped to a dealer in Illinois for an unknown reason. It is also interesting to see that the AC report for MF176539 shows that the car was shipped to Hawaii. It's amazing what can be turned up, isn't it?

Here is the VIN Project page on MF176449...

...which is the same DSO as MF176450. Both were shipped to the mid-west about 1 year after being ordered by the Virginia dealer, so it seems as though the cars were never purchased by the original intended buyer.

Bobby will be happy to see that we were able to confirm through Marti that MF176451 was the first VIN in the group of 1991 GSP cars...

...with MF176533 being the final GSP in that batch:

Default 1993 FHP in Royal Blue

http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info154632.htm

This one was in our VIN Project already using the FHP paperwork supplied by Jim Young. I recently found pictures of the car's VIN label and Buck Tags. Checking for the paint code(s), I noticed that this one was originally painted Royal Blue. Pretty cool to see a FHP Mustang painted this color.

Default 1990 Wisconsin (?) SSPs Added

A VIN label popped up recently for a likely (but unconfirmed) 1990 Wisconsin SSP, so we pulled a Marti Report for the next VIN. The DSO numbers matched, so we were was able to confirm both VINs as SSP Mustangs -
