I'm pretty certain the owner, Juan, is a member here. He recently returned it to what it looked like in the Craigslist advertisement you posted yesterday and is the Administrator of one of the Facebook groups for SSPs. I did not notice it listed for sale there or on other Facebook SSP groups, but maybe he'll chime in here with input.
