OK here is one that might be in good enough shape for you...

email this guy about it it is an 87 Texas DPS SSP.

These 87's were unique in their options.
manual mirrors
Blue hoses
1 driver side spotlight
No oil cooler
bonding straps/groud traps
only 2 reported to have had lightbars
red and blue halogens in the rear deck
red and blue Whelen Micro-Grill Masters, with aluminum housings strobes in the front
wig wags and sometimes a cadet type rotator light on the dashboard.

Mike (ImEvil1) has a good restoration document here that has the equipment and all.

I just missed this car a while back. It was said to be a Florida car. Why the blue interior?

If it was an unmarked FHP car, I guess it could have had a blue interior. Do you have the DSO for it?
