Holy Heck! I never checked the VIN Project for #5310. That's a confirmed SMPV, gentlemen!

I am negotiations with him but it appears he can't find the pink slip, so since he did not change it only his name it's a lil complicated;( not giving up tho

So, he's got it on an open title? If so, he may have to have the previous owner apply for a replacement. Ugggghhh...can get complicated is right. People are the worst...

O-K, I came to this late. Can somebody tell me what a SMPV is. Is that a special unit of the CHP?
Also, can Offcrjim give an update of the sale?
