Mick, I have the '89 Mustang Car Shop Manual for Body/Chassis/Electrical/Powertrain. Just wanted to pass on for '89 that DSO 76 lists Denver as the assigned District and DSO 17 lists Washington as the assigned District. This is on page 10-01-9 of the manual.
Hopefully one of the other members will have copies of the later year manuals so that the year of change/s can be verified. Good luck. If you have any '89 data questions that may be answered in this manual give me shout, I'll be glad to try looking it up.
