Gentlemen,
Reference the initial selling price being somewhat low. That Mustang may be without Cats. I have never seen long tube headers with Cats (but I haven't seen everything yet). It is for sale in a County (one of three in Arizona) that requires that if the car was built new with Cats it has to have them still installed and pass a Smog test, biennially. No matter how old. So, if a buyer lives in one of those Counties, there will be another additional cost to make it street legal.
