Requesting advice, Kansas HP or Missouri HP

Hey guys...
I'm trying to make up my mind to find a Kansas Highway Patrol Mustang to refurbish or Missouri.

I think the Kansas one would be pretty rare and a great challenge. I have checked around and found some resources of some former troopers who have had the SSP in service, but haven't contacted them yet to see about equipment and specs.

The Missouri one will be easy.

Decisions ... Decisions..

Any advise?
