1988 "Likely" OSP on ebay

This one (JF252689) is part of a batch of VINs with no confirmed SSPs in the group (until now!). Attached is a better photo of the Bucks Tags. It is a DSO POLICE car, but the number is not visible. It has an OSP style rollbar too.
