The owner replied to my email, where I asked him for the 6-digit DSO number. Turns out it's only 2-digits (shocker!), so he acknowledged that it must not be an SSP. He's owned it over 6 years, having bought it locally from the widow of the original owner who had claimed he bought it new with the police package. Still, not a bad low mileage notch - just need to (re-)move some emblems.
