Unity has the mounting kits for them:
Left side is 221RH Right side is 221 It was a 6" vintage light painted semi-gloss black and missing the unity adornment on the top of the light. I see that Unity only shows 5" as their main lights or newer 6" and rectangular lights for mounting on the 89's. I'll keep digging for the numbers as these normally were recycled by motor transport at CHP.
