I can tell already, unless there is paint under the door jams, that it would not be a CHP car. CHP had black body jams and white door jams. CHPs didnt have black interiors either. Those signs verify it is not CHP. Dunno about other agency.
Look for the buck tags, they should be stapled on somewhere on the front left hand side of the radiator support. If it is SSP, it should have 2.
