From your description and what ImEvil1 has posted, it is quite likely a '93 FHP. If possible, can you check what the buck tags say? I have seen at least one FHP car that said "DSO POLICE", but the others typically say "FLORIDA". That would tell you for sure. In terms of documentation, some agencies make it easier to research SSP's than others. But that's all part of the charm of these cars!
