Any Mid-Atlantic Mustangers Avail Tomorrow?
No, I'm not talking about the middle of the ocean!
 I'm talking about Mustang fans from the mid-Atlantic states. Tomorrow I will be participating in a private track rental at Maryland International Raceway, as discussed here:http://www.mustangcollective.com/showthread.php?t=40920 This is the 8th annual event, but attendance is down this year. The dragstrip will be open to all folks who say they are part of our "group" (The Mustang Collective). The cost to race isn't cheap - $100. But you basically can race all day as many times down the track as you want. One year I made over 15 passes! This year, Debbie and I will be taking her 2011 GT/CS vert that we drove to Savannah. The car is stock except for the GT500 mufflers. On street tires, I am hoping for a best ET of 13.0 flat. It's an 1-1/2 hour drive for us, so the car will not have a chance to cool down before racing. But it will be fun regardless of the ETs. These are a really good group of folks, so if you are in the area and free tomorrow (Jack?), I hope you can come out.
